Do I need to be in good shape for the Boot Camp? No, many campers looking to get in shape
are first timers. We want you to work at your own pace but remember as Personal
Trainers we want to motivate and encourage everyone.
What is Boot Camp?
Boot Camp involves training your mind and body with aerobic, core and strength training exercises.
You will certainly be motivated by our guest Instructors - Sione and Filipe - the Blue Team from Season 7's Biggest Loser's Show!
What kind of exercises will you be doing in the Boot Camp? Variety is the spice of life! You will sweat to a combination of Core Conditioning, Strength Training, Aerobics, and much more. We like to shake it up!
What do I need to bring?
Water and a towel in case you break out a sweat.

A single personal training session = $75/hour
